Troubleshooting: Why Couldn’t My Message Be Sent?
If Yada shows “message could not be sent,” there are a few common reasons. This article walks through what to check first.
Common reasons

the selected channel is not enabled

your sending provider has a temporary issue

your number or destination country is not currently supported by the sending channel

an international number may require WhatsApp instead of SMS
What to check

Open the contact record and confirm the guest has a valid phone number or email

Make sure you selected the correct channel

Confirm your sending account is connected

Check your balance or billing settings if you use a provider like Quo

If the guest is international, confirm whether SMS is supported for that destination
