Loyalty in Yada: How It Works
Yada Loyalty helps you reward past guests and encourage repeat stays by assigning points to stays and allowing guests to redeem those points for property-based rewards.
What guests can earn points for
Points are awarded based on rules you can configure, such as:
-
completed stays
-
booking behavior
-
other loyalty triggers configured in your account
What guests can redeem points for
Examples include:
-
early check-in
-
late check-out
-
low-season or shoulder-season discounts
-
other property-based rewards you choose to offer
Important billing note
Guests do not pay Yada for loyalty. The operator pays for access to the Loyalty product as part of the Yada platform.
How pricing works
Loyalty may be available as a trial period first. After that, pricing may apply per listing, per month depending on your account plan.
