How to Use the Visual Email Builder in Journeys and Campaigns

How to open the builder

1. In a Journey enable the separate email version, in an Email Campaign the option will be available by default

2. Click Use Visual Builder

What you can do inside the builder

• add sections using the plus button

• adjust styles using the right-hand style panel

• preview desktop and mobile layouts

• save and close when finished

When to use it

Use the Visual Builder when you want:

• a more polished email

• a layout with more structure

• branding, spacing, or image blocks

If you just want to get started quickly, plain text or a simple email version is completely fine.

You can clone previous emails to use them as templates if you like the layout of certain ones.

When you are ready to preview it, you can click Send test email to yourself. Underneath the email builder, after you save and close.
