How to unenroll contacts from a future SMS campaign

Any replies of STOP (using any case of letters) will unenroll a contact from future campaigns

Unsubscribes are handled by the carriers as well as by Yada, and if you use Quo through Yada then through Quo as well. So anyone replying STOP will not be messaged again.

Yada also suppresses contacts with a Yada Rating of 1-star. So this means anyone you want to exclude from a campaign, you can do so by searching for them in Contacts then marking their record as 1-star.

You can also create a list of people you want to supress from campaigns and select that as your Exclusion List when you do your next send.
