If you have a direct booking website, you'll want to install the Yada chat widget for collecting emails from people on your site. This will also allow the AI Autopilot to respond to booking conversations on your behalf and send winback messages for abandoned inquiries.
- Copy the chat widget code to the clipboard
- Access the Settings for your direct booking site (here's an example of that for Hostaway, where you click Booking Engine > Settings > Advanced)
- Paste the above code into the head section of your site. It won't work if it's added within the body tags of your site. If you have any trouble with this step email us at team@yada.ai and we'll help you with it.
- Customize its Appearance and Behavior then you're ready to go!
