How to Follow Up with Interested Guests in Opportunities

When a guest responds positively to a Yada campaign or message, Yada can create an opportunity so you can continue the conversation and move that guest toward a booking.

How to access Opportunities

  1. Click Marketing > Opportunities in the left menu

  2. Review contacts who have responded positively

  3. Click a contact to view the full conversation history

  4. Mark Contacted if you follow up with them personally, such as with a phone call or personal message
  5. Any guests who book after receiving a message from Yada will automatically appear as Won opportunities on that page, with the value of their booking displayed for that campaign.

When to use Opportunities

Use Opportunities when:

  • a guest has replied with interest

  • you want to continue a one-to-one conversation

  • you want to revisit a previous warm lead

Best practices

  • enable auto-response if you anticipate a fair volume of replies

  • for any personal messages, reply while interest is still fresh

  • include a direct booking link when appropriate

  • revisit older warm leads periodically

Important note

Opportunities helps you organize and continue conversations, but it is not a fully automated sales follow-up engine. For now, it works best with human review and response.
