Chatbot AI Settings

How to configure Yada's chatbot AI, including settings for response accuracy, back-off time, small talk capabilities, time-based operations, and message approval workflows.

Accessing AI Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu
  2. Find AI Settings section (also accessible from the top)

Key Configuration Options

  1. Accuracy Settings
    • Lower accuracy: More frequent responses but may be less precise
    • Higher accuracy: More aligned with content cards but fewer responses
  2. Back-off Time
    • Controls how long AI waits after human responses
    • Lower settings allow AI to respond sooner
  1. Small Talk Settings
    • Enables AI to respond to conversation closers like "thank you"
    • Customize greetings and signatures
  2. Time-based Operation
    • Set specific hours for AI operation
    • Can configure AI to only respond when human agents are offline
  3. Message Approval
    • Optional setting to review AI responses before sending
    • Allows quality control of outgoing messages

Troubleshooting Tip: If AI is responding too much or too little, adjust the accuracy settings accordingly
