We built the growth engines at HubSpot, Shopify, and Klaviyo.

Now, we’re building yours.

We spent our careers helping the world's biggest brands automate their growth. But when we looked at hospitality, we saw a raw deal.

Owners were losing 20% to OTAs and unable to use their guest data inside property management tools that hadn't really thought about marketing. We started Yada to change the math. We’re taking everything we know about high-growth marketing and putting it into a platform built specifically for hospitality operators.

In 2024, Yada's founders saw a frustrating pattern

Short-term rental operators and hotels were sitting on mountains of guest data but couldn't use it to personalize experiences or drive revenue.

The tech to unite data, analytics, and guest communication didn't exist. So we built it.

Today, property managers and hoteliers worldwide use Yada not just to fill rooms but to create lifelong guest relationships.

Hospitality operators have been getting a raw deal for too long. OTAs take 20% and keep your guests at arm's length. Legacy software is clunky, overpriced, and built by people who've never run a property. We started Yada because we believed operators deserved better—software that's actually good, that helps you own your guest relationships, and that treats your growth as the point. That's what we're building.

"Yada" (ידע) is Hebrew for "to know" — and knowing your guests is everything in hospitality. True hospitality isn't just about a bed and breakfast; it's about knowing your guests' preferences, remembering their anniversary trip, understanding when they like to check in. Yada helps you truly know your guests.
