Connect your PMS data with your business phone number, so you can send SMS messages to past guests and synchronize data.
Quo (OpenPhone) Integration with Yada
The Quo integration with Yada synchronizes contact data between your Property Management System (PMS), Yada, and Quo. When a new reservation is made, the guest's contact information and phone number flow automatically into Quo, allowing you to see guest details when they call or text and to send automated messages to their cell via SMS.
Key Features
- When guests call or text, their reservation details are immediately visible in Quo
- All guest contact information syncs automatically from your PMS through Yada to Quo
- Support for multiple Quo lines and co-hosts
Setup Steps
- Integrate your PMS with Yada
- Activate your Quo account (~$20/month)
- Complete the 10DLC application (guide here)
- Add sufficient funds to your Quo account to cover your first send via Yada. Messages cost $0.01 per, so between $10 - $40 depending on how many contacts you are messaging.
- Turn on Auto Recharge in the billing section of your account to prevent interruptions in sending
- Create following custom fields in Quo to see additional info on new contacts as they sync from Yada.
- First create a “Scaffold Contact” to add these custom fields and they will be saved for all others
- Check-in — checkIn
- Check-out — checkOut
- Property — property
- Amount paid — amountPaid (# field)
- Guest score — guestScore (# field)
- Reservation status — reservationStatus
- New contacts will populate these fields automatically. Yada will resync your existing contacts to populate the info to past contacts.
The integration is designed to streamline guest communication by providing immediate context about who is calling or messaging, including their booking details, check-in/out dates, and property information.
Yada Workflows run with SMS being the preferred channel for upsells and winback messages.
