How to manage your notification settings in Yada and ensure you stay up to date with everything that's going on in the system.

User notifications alert you when various actions or activities occur in your account. You can set up and manage the Yada notifications you receive.
Set Up and Turn Off Yada Notifcations
To turn your Yada Notifications on or off:
- In your yada account click the settings tab in the left navigation bar.
- Once you are in settings, click on the notifications tab.
- Click the notification type toggles in the various sections to turn notifications on or off depending on your preferences.
Recommendation: Keep as many notifications on as possible when getting started with yada - you can always turn notifications off later.
Types of notifications
Check out the notification groups to what types of notifications groupings exist. The following are the notification sections and what notifications they include:
- AI Interactions: receive a notification when the AI Chatbot responds or does not respond.
- Live Chat: receive a notification when a website visitor initiates a live chat on your direct booking site
- Workflows: receive notifications when guests get enrolled in workflows
- Upsell Sent: Alerts when an upsell message is sent
- Analytics: receive notifications when upsells or winback sequences convert to a success.
- Conversion: Alerts when a conversion event occurs.
- Guidebooks: Notifications about guidebook submissions and interactions
- Guidebook Email Submitted: Alerts when a new guidebook email is submitted
- Smart Spaces: Notifications about Smart Spaces
- Smart Space Scan: Alerts when a smart spaces card is scanned
- Tasks: Updates about tasks assigned to you and status changes:
- Task Assigned: Alerts when a new task is assigned to you
- Task Status Changed: Alerts when the status of your task changes
- Digests: Regular summaries of activity and information sent on a schedule. These include:
- Daily Task Digest: A summary of tasks created in the last day and tasks assigned to you
- Weekly Task Digest: A summary of tasks created in the last week and tasks assigned to you
- Daily AI Digest: A summary of AI responses generated in the last day
- Weekly AI Digest: A summary of AI responses generated in the last week
- Daily Guidebook Smart Space Digest: A summary of Guidebook Views and Smart Spaces Scans in the last day
- Weekly Guidebook Smart Space Digest: A summary of Guidebook Views and Smart Spaces Scans in the last week
