      How to Get Started With Yada

      Steps for activating Yada as quickly as possible

      Step 0 - Create Listings

      Step 1 - Integration + Workflows

      • Integrate with your property management system
      • Set up first 2-4 workflows
      • Set up win-back sequence for abandoned inquiries
      • Turn on BuyTime (no guidebooks yet)
      • Add any agents to Yada who you want to have logins and receive notifications

      Step 2 - Add Content

      • Update listing content that didn't get filled out from the Airbnb or PMS sync
      • Send content to your contact at Yada for migration (if applicable)
      • Add YouTube, Loom or other videos if you have them

      Step 3 - Guidebooks and Autopilot

      • Finish guidebooks
      • Add the yada_url token to your PMS automated messaging (welcome messages, etc.)

      • Activate BuyTime guidebook deflection

      • Train AI and activate Autopilot on all listings with content present

      Step 4 - Smart Spaces

      • Create Smart Spaces cover card and any amenities cards for your properties

      • Download, prepare, and install cover cards & amenities cards
