Inquiry Winback Workflows are designed to convert guests that have inquired but not yet booke. This article goes over how to set up an inquiry winback workflow
Access and Create the Workflow
- Navigate to the Workflows section
- Click "Create Workflow" at the top left
- Select "Win-back Inquiries" from the options
Configure Basic Settings
- Name your workflow (you can use default or create custom)
- Select the listings you want to include:
- Choose specific listings for customized messages
- Or select all listings to apply the same follow-up sequence
Set Up Follow-up Messages
The workflow includes four automated follow-up messages:
- First Message: Sends 23 hours after inquiry
- Second Message: Sends 48 hours after inquiry
- Can include review snippets
- Focus on generating interest
- Third Message: Sends 72 hours after inquiry
- Final Message: Sends 10 days after inquiry
- Informs guest that follow-up will end
Activate the Workflow
Once saved, the workflow automatically starts running for all new inquiries that match your criteria.
