Managing Listing Content

Follow these steps to effectively manage your property listings content.

 

Getting Started

  • Connect your property management system to automatically import listings
  • Amenities checked in your property management system will sync to Yada

Managing Content

  • Click the Autogenerate Content button to see what AI can create from past conversations or listing content in your property management system
  • Fill out as many of the remaining content fields as possible for each listing
  • Review and customize any pre-filled text to match your property
  • Remember: The content you enter will appear in your guidebook and train the AI for guest responses

Additional Content Options

  • Use the text editor for extra information that won't appear in guidebooks but will train the AI
  • Upload and manage images in the gallery section
  • Add images to specific amenity content cards to enhance your guidebook

Content Visibility Settings

Use toggles to control content visibility:

  • Show/hide in guidebook
  • Show only for confirmed reservations
  • Set as private (team reference only)

Additional Features

  • Tasks: Create and assign property-specific tasks to team members
  • Forms: Collect property information from external sources
  • SOPs: Create standard procedures for common guest issues
  • Settings: Auto-generate content, sync photos, and manage amenities
  • External Resources: Add links to PDFs or Canva documents in your guidebook
  • Slack Integration: Connect listings to Slack channels for team notifications
