How to create an Email Marketing campaign in Yada and send it to your guest contact list

Getting Started with Yada Campaigns

Campaigns is Yada's email marketing tool that lets you send campaigns to your consolidated contact list from various sources including Yada, Guesty, or Hostaway.

Prerequisites

  • Connect either SendGrid or Gmail integration through the integrations page

Creating Your First Campaign

  1. Click the Campaigns button to enter the Campaigns product
  2. Click Create Campaign
  3. Name your campaign and select "Broadcast Campaign"
  4. Select your recipient list - you can choose all contacts or select specific ones
  5. Choose your email sender (Gmail or SendGrid)
  6. Set your sender name (recommended even for Gmail)
  7. Enter your email subject line

Building Your Email

  • Use the email builder to create your campaign content
  • Add text, headers, and customize your layout as needed
  • Templates can be saved and reused for future campaigns

Sending Your Campaign

  1. Click "Next" when your content is ready
  2. Review your campaign
  3. Scroll down and click "Launch Campaign"

Important Notes

  • SendGrid can send up to 10,000 emails per minute
  • Gmail is limited to 250-300 emails per day
  • Campaign analytics for open rates and engagement will be available as the product evolves
