Getting Started with Yada Email

Repeat Bookings is the name for Yada's email and SMS marketing tools that let you send campaigns to your consolidated contact list from various sources including Yada, Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, StayFi and others.

Prerequisites

• Connect your DNS to Yada with info from the integrations page. Help article is here

Creating Your First Campaign

1. Click the Marketing > Repeat Bookings button to begin
2. Click Create Repeat Booking Campaign
3. Name your campaign, select the Inclusion List, write some details, and click the Email box at the bottom
4. Confirm your sender name is as you want it to appear
5. Enter your email subject line

Building Your Email

• Use the email builder to create your campaign content
• Add text, images, and customize your layout as needed

Sending Your Campaign

1. Send a test email to ensure it looks as you'd like
2. Scroll down and click "Send Now"
